I bought a stability ball in order to switch up my exercise routine. This is a picture of the ball pass. It works the abs. It's deceiving though. It is recommended that you do between 10-12 of these 3 times a week. Sounded pretty easy to me. I did 12 of them as soon as I got home and then I did 12 more right before I went to bed.
