Fab Fit & 50 Monthly Challenges – New Format

It’s almost time for me to renew my personal trainer’s certification.  I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately.  I first pursued certification because I wanted to own a personal training business.  My goal was to help women like myself develop healthier habits in order to improve the quality of their lives.  Well, the business didn’t turn out as I’d hoped but I am still accepting new clients even though I am not pursuing them as aggressively as I once had.  I still need the certification for my part-time job as a Fitness Specialist at a local gym.  Additionally, for the past two years I’ve been running a private Facebook group which introduces free fitness challenges each month.  The group has about 99 members but I can count the number of active participants on one hand.  I don’t mind that. If I can help at least one person than I’m doing what I set out to do.

That being said, in 2018 I am changing the format of the challenges to make them more interesting.  Not just for the participants but for me as well.  People learn from example and usually I’ll post the challenge but I don’t always participate.  I need to do better.

Some of the changes are:
Challenges will last from 5-7 days instead of the entire month
Nutrition challenges (e.g. Meatless Monday, Water Challenge,
            Meal Prep)

I’m still working out the details and I’m looking forward to helping people get the new year off to a good start.

As I said, I am still accepting new clients to my virtual coaching program and if you’d like more details just CLICK HERE
