I have officially resigned and everyone was extremely gracious and said the right things: Sorry to see you go but we're happy for you.
In the past four years, I have changed jobs four times and while that may seem excessive each move was justified. I'm hoping with this new position, I'll be staying put for a signficant amount of time. We'll see.
Apparently, I'm going to have to get used to wearing a suit everyday and dressing in business casual on Fridays. Instead of business casual during the week and jeans on Friday.
I'll also have to get used to being paid once a month.
I'll have to get used to sharing an office again.
I'll have to get used to not having every other Friday off.
I'll have to get used to a bigger paycheck.
I'll have to get used to more vacation days.
I'll have to get used to working in a secured, clean, modern building.
I'm looking forward to this change and all the things that I'll have to get used to.

I wear sweats to work. I don't know what I would do if I had to wear a business suit. But you do what you gotta do when it comes to work, right?
I get 6 weeks vacation/year right now. I'm looking for a job that gives me 8-10 weeks. That's what's up. Give me that, and it's time to bounce. Really though.

I get paid monthly from my part time gig. You are disciplined. So it wont be bad for you. Me? I'd starve.
