Chele can you tolerate liver? It's supposed to be good in raising iron levels too. That and beets. I tried everything but I've been anemic my entire life. I take B-12 sublingual tabs too. They melt right under your tongue and I think they are 2500mcgs and I take two a day. Awesome job on the running. I am sooo terribly clumsy so I don't even attempt to run on the treadmill (dreadmill) LOL!! Do I see a race coming up in the near future for you?? Hmmmm...
