This was my pre-race carb load before tomorrow's race. It's called Penne All Arrabbiata or penne with spicy sauce.
I love Italian food. More than anything I love Italian food. It's so simple but the flavors make such an impact. This recipe was especially easy .. penne, tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, crushed red pepper, fresh parsley, tomato paste and grated parmesan. And it was so delicious.
I'm happiest when I'm eating Italian food. I think I have some kind of condition. I sat on the couch this afternoon and flipped through the pages of my Italian cookbook. I read the cookbook and just fantasized about all the different things I could prepare.
