I'm working on trying to fix that. Of course this is going to be a long process but I at least want them to look better at the next show, even if they aren't perfect.
I've decided to incorporate more exercises that specifically target my glutes. I'm trying to work glutes at least 3-4 times a week. The good thing is that most of the time I can combine my cardio with glute exercises. How?
