Summer is over.
August was filled with activity not to mention it was probably one of
the most humid months that I can remember.
I completed my 5k-a-day challenge and finished the month by running 111
miles. Yay me. I applied to two different full time jobs as
a Fitness Specialist, so prayerfully, one (or both) will come through. Right now, I’m sitting in a hotel room in
Orlando, Florida looking out the window watching the wind and the rain. I believe it is the after effects of a
tropical storm that was passing through.
My son met his father last night and many, many other members of his
family including two brothers, a sister, 2 uncles, a grandmother and a bunch of
cousins – and that’s not even all of them.
My kid is thrilled to have all these new people in his life and they are
thrilled to have him.
