I bought the stability ball months ago but I never did the workout contained on the DVD.
Until today.
There are two options: a 20-minute express workout and a 40-minute full workout. I did the full workout and for the first time I was sweating while working out at home. It was a great combination of strength training and cardio and I didn't have to leave the house.

You are such an inspiration! I wish I was 135 again but I can't seem to get myself in full on workout mode. Argh!
I love my stability balls! Those things are great.
