I'm hardly a couch potato but on the advice of my running mentor, I downloaded the C25K app to my blackberry.
Best thing ever.
I love it because this woman on the program tells me when to job and when to walk. I’m told that running intervals will help me to build my endurance.
Yesterday after work I started and while the first workout was relatively easy, I am still going to follow the plan in order to build up to where I need to be by June 4th.
