Today's Meals
Breakfast - bowl of Great Grains w/2% milk, green tea
Snack - 6 townhouse crackers
Lunch - leftover dinner (chicken w/olive, raisins and spinach rice)
Dinner - grilled ham and cheese sandwich on whole grain bread and a small side salad
Dessert - Skinny Cow chocolate truffle ice cream bar (only 100 calories!!!)
Today's Workout
Runner's "Fast Abs" workout - 2 sets (superman, metronome, bridge, plank lift and side plank)
