I don't know how else to say it: I'm tired.
I'm on a quest to run 100 miles in the month of September and I put in so many last week that I was exhausted by the end of the week. I couldn't even run on Sunday which is my favorite day to run. Ugh! I also didn't run this morning which means I'll have to drag my butt out of the bed tomorrow morning and do my thing.
100 miles? What was I thinking.
