Countdown to Race Day (2)

Today's Meals

Breakfast - power bar, banana, green tea

Snack - 6 Reduced fat townhouse crackers

Lunch - Leftovers from last night's dinner, chicken breast w/olives, raisins and spinach rice

Snack - 1 small plum

Not Really Dinner - 1 piece of flatbread with hummus, havarti cheese, 2 hot wings, grilled veggies, glass of red wine

Water all day

Today's Workout
Ran 2.15 miles
